HR Administrator - 6M Contract - Shannon
The Job:
- Provide administrative support in relation to high-volume recruitment, including scheduling interviews, tests, candidate replies, pre-employment medicals, etc.
- Provide administrative support in relation to HR and Payroll.
- Deal with employee queries in relation to day-to-day HR issues
- Maintain accurate employee, training and HR records, ensuring record and filing systems are up to date.
The Person:
- Relevant third-level qualification and/or experience in Human Resources Administration
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly confidential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
