HR Specialist

A HR Specialist is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork County North based manufacturing client. The person will cover all aspects of HR support including data reporting. This is a two year fixed term contract that should lead to permanent. 

THE ROLE:

* Support of medium sized manufacturing client across recruitment, HR administration, L&D and general support activity.

* Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources.

* Analyses data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

* Optimising and implementing new data processes and systems.

* Conduct and/or assist with internal HR compliance audits.

* Supports project activity with HR manager guidance.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Third level qualification in HR or Business.

* 3-4 years of HR or Office Management in a busy environment.

* Strong systems and administration skills.

* Onsite role in plant.

* Good knowledge of HR regulation and good with people.
