Legal Secretary/PA required for Solicitors form based in Limerick. Permanent role
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with clients directly on the phone & in-person
- Providing appointments,
- Dealing with queries,
- Preparing cases for court,
- Audio typing, diary management,
- Administration from the point of view archiving and filing,
- Assisting in the issuing of proceedings and preparation of briefs for hearings at circuit and high court.
