Production Quality Coordinator

Production Quality Coordinator required for Electronics client based in Shannon, Co. Clare. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee manufacturing steps to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement and to ensure that all product leaving the floor has undergone a series of quality checks-either AQL or 100% as approved

• To maintain all records relating to quality & manufacturing, creating new and updating current MI/TI/ OQA and maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and any non-conformances and preparing quality reports for management.

• Communicate defects to production staff at weekly meetings, recommend adjustments, and help implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Work with the production manager to analyse quality data to identify trends, develop new quality control procedures, and suggest ways to optimize workflows. Also work with engineering, design, and purchasing teams to resolve quality problems and improve overall product reliability.

• To liaise with the Quality Manager and support his role when required re Audits etc

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in Electronics industry.
• Bachelors required
