Project Control Analyst

A Project Control Analyst is required by CareerWise Recruitment to join our MN manufacturing client based in the South East. Reporting into the Capex Program Lead, you will control and analyse CAPEX and project spend.  Initial 12-month contract role on offer.

ROLE:

* Responsible for E2E process on all CAPEX and OPEX projects

* CAPEX tracking & review for compliance control

* Review opened OPEX projects & Spend status

* Set up all necessary Master data, WBS, DCF forms

* Prepare capitalisation forms, ensure PIP approval and capitalisation

* Prepare estimate of capex budget spend on monthly basis base on the information from relevant stakeholders

* Review purchase orders to ensure correct project WBS was selected

* Monthly tracking of benefits realisation related to investment projects (base on the estimation from ROI) in cooperation with related stakeholders

* Support controlling department during month end activities and planning exercise

REQUIREMENTS:

* Degree in business/finance/engineering

* Experience on CAPEX management

* Strong technical knowledge, financial accounting & compliance, Business acumen

* Capex management knowledge

* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
