QC Data Reviewer

A QC Data Reviewer is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Waterford based pharmaceutical client. This is a 12-month contract.

THE ROLE:

• Review data generated in a timely manner in support of batch release and stability programs. Experience with Empower is essential. .
• Familiar with checking results against trend limits and specifications, can identify deviations and/or lab investigations.
• Trending of data.
• Track and identify the level of not right first time (NRFTs) events.
• Support the QC Laboratory and Management.
• Effective interaction with other departments on matters related to raw materials, intermediates and finished batch releases. In particular, close contact maintained with the Quality Compliance Specialists and QC team Leaders.
• Maintain, update and issue control prints, methods, specifications and SOP’s in compliance to pharmacopeial and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with training of the analysts in areas of expertise and knowledge and in new methods, SOP’s and updates.
• Good attention to detail, can take ownership and prioritize their workload for deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Initiative – be able to work in a self-directed manner to see issues through to completion.
• Work with the team and should be able to prioritize the work.
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP and GDP in a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of quality systems in a regulated environment.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
