Quality Manager

A Quality Manager is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with a Dublin based aviation industry company.

THE ROLE:

• Responsible for quality procedures & processes.
• Obtaining and maintaining all necessary authority approvals.
• Obtaining and maintaining all capability authorizations.
• Ensure that internal audits are carried out on the site and on any external agency providing services to the organization.
• Issue certifying authority to personnel qualified to perform certification.
• Establishing and maintain a maintenance personnel training program and maintaining a record of maintenance personnel for training, ratings and qualifications.
• Independently develop, document and implement all work procedures and processes.
• Coordinate company quality program.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Quality Management and auditing.
• Relevant 3rd level qualification
• Strong leadership ability with experience of leading teams and projects
• Spoken and written experience with German language would be an advantage.
