Quality Sustainability Lead

THE ROLE:
* Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, DAFM and customer standards.
* Manage internal, customer and regulatory audits while maintaining an audit-ready environment.
* Lead HACCP activities, quality investigations and corrective action programmes.
* Analyse quality trends, complaints, non-conformances and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee supplier approval processes and product specification management.
* Monitor quality KPIs and deliver food safety and quality training across the site.
* Lead sustainability programmes and maintain Origin Green and Repak accreditations.
* Support ERP traceability and food safety compliance initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years' experience in dairy, food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing with audit exposure.
* Applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
* Work permit sponsorship is not available for this role.
