Relocation Specialist / Global Mobility Coordinator - REMOTE ROLE
A Relocation Specialist / Global Mobility Coordinator is required on a part-time, fully remote basis by CareerWise Recruitment for our Dublin-based multinational Pharmaceutical Company.
My Clients Global Mobility team is responsible for all international employee moves across the globe as well as all US Domestic relocation. As part of this team, my client are currently hiring for a Relocation Specialist, who will support the International Assignment Manager in the specified Region. This position provides lifecycle oversight of the Global Assignment and relocation creating a creating a positive user experience that is flexible, efficient, and compliant.
THE ROLE:
- Manages the administrative day-to-day activities of International Assignments and relocations.
- Provides support for relocation letters, GOA tracking and maintenance, cost estimates and any other compensation related calculations.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for supplier day-to-day initiations and issue resolutions.
- Tracks and resolves all service escalations. Provides status reports to International Assignment Manager and HR/Business clients.
- Manages all onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition to the host location. This may include benefits, payroll, etc.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Partner with relocation, tax and data external providers to provide a high level of service to relocating employees.
- Support special projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree with a track record of academic success. Minimum of six years of Human Resources or related experience (With a Master’s degree, four years of minimum experience required)
- HR business partner experience preferred
- Global Mobility experience preferred
- HR Centre of Expertise experience preferred
- Strong consulting and negotiation skills required
- Ability to grasp complex situations and facilitate
- Ability to persuade and influence others using communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to develop relationships and work effectively with many different cultures and styles from around the globe
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Note 1: ~10 % Travel Required
