Senior HR Business Partner

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Grade VII) to join a leading healthcare provider based in Cork.

This pivotal role supports the hospital’s mission by delivering high-quality HR, learning, and quality assurance services that enable clinical teams to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

THE ROLE:
* Support key areas including:
* Employee & Industrial Relations
* Workforce planning and resourcing
* Performance management and talent development
* HR projects and change initiatives
* Lead and support HR strategy delivery aligned to business goals
* Handle HR queries and provide practical, solutions-focused advice
* Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and services
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Support recruitment activities, including job design, interviews, and hiring decisions
* Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practice

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years’ experience in a HR Business Partner / Generalist role
* Strong experience in Employee & Industrial Relations (essential)
* Degree (Level 8+) in HR, Business, or related field
* Solid understanding of Irish employment law
* Proven ability to influence and support multiple stakeholders
* Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
