Site Maintenance Technician

Site Maintenance Technician is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Kerry based pharma manufacturing client.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities.

• Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.

• Support the upkeep of site facilities and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate the procurement of critical maintenance items.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with GMP, quality, and safety requirements.

• Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and site visits.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance equipment performance and operational efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with the Technical Lead, QP, and Manufacturing Team to support production objectives.

Requirements:

• Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, or related discipline.

• Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment desirable.

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards.

• Good organisational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
