Supply Chain Manager

A Supply Chain Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based packaging solutions manufacturing client.

THE ROLE:

*  Responsibility for end-to-end supply chain planning, ensuring the efficient flow of materials, products, and information from suppliers to customers.

* The role balances demand forecasting, production scheduling, Order management, inventory optimisation, and cross-functional coordination to meet service, cost, and working-capital objectives.

* Create and execute manufacturing plans.

* Lead Sales& Operations Planning processes to align demand, supply and financial plans.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean , Six sigma or advanced planning tools.

* Lead coach and develop planning and CS teams.

 REQUIREMENTS:

 * Qualification in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field

* 5–10+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or operations..

* Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) desirable

* Experience in manufacturing preferred

* Leadership experience
