Our client, a long-established & high profile commercial organisation headquartered in West Co. Limerick have have now engaged with us in CPL to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their team & act a the primary support to the Financial Controller. This role is a permanent position & the successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the on-going success of the organisation so if you're interested please apply!

The Job:

As a key part of the finance team team you will work closely with the Financial Controller & cover a broad remit of duties across both management & financial accounting duties. More specifically this will include the preparation of the monthly management & consolidated group accounts, running balance sheet reconciliations, assisting on audit & compliance reporting, overseeing financial risk & internal controls analysis, liaising with the company secretary on relevant matters, providing financial guidance on commercial & budget goal setting, leading out your individual projects & supporting the wider operations team on their duties/projects when & where needed.

Your Skills/Experience that we need

• 3rd level qualified in a relevant discipline ideally.
• Fully qualified accountant - ACA or ACCA preferred.
• 3+ years industry experience ideally but candidates with a strong audit/practice profile will also be considered but at a lower salary level. 
• Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
• Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills.
• Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on individual as well as departmental projects.

The Offer:

Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to range up to approx. 75k maximum + benefits. This role will be fully office based in West Co. Limerick so could suit candidates currently based in North Co. Kerry or looking to relocate to the region.

Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
