Accounts Administrator Roscrea Co. Tipperary

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Accounts Administrator to work in Roscrea Co. Tipperary. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing emails and correspondence
• Take minutes of meetings 
• Diary management 
• Updating shared folders
• Accounts administration using SAP system
• Inputting of payroll details
• Maintaining the time & attendance system for staff members 
• Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate
• Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
• File preparation and uploading documents to the database

Required Skills & Competencies

• At least 12 months proven administrative experience with strong understanding of office processes.

• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data input.

• Experience working with payroll systems/packages.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage workload methodically.

• Takes ownership of tasks and sees work through to completion.

• Contributes positively to team culture and morale.

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
