Are you an experienced Accounts & Finance professional who is now looking for a part-time or reduced hours role in the Limerick region? Our client, a long established business consultancy in Limerick city, are now expanding their operations & have engaged with us in Cpl to help this fill this newly created permanent position on the accounts team.

The Job:

As a key part of the business operations team & reporting directly to the company founder & CEO, you will cover a broad range of duties across accounts, finance & corporate administration to key individuals & the wider team.

This will include duties such as AP & AR processing, multi-currency bank reconciliations, reporting on investment trends, preparing complex financial KPI reports, filing registration documents, handling compliance/audit processes, controlling budgets, registering new commercial entities, project management & query resolution.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified ideally.
• An additional accounts/banking qualification (eg Accounting Technician) would be an advantage. .
• 4-5+ years broad based & experience in a relevant accounts or financial services administration role.
• Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
• Strong analytical, commercial & business acumen skills.
• Proven ability to work on your own initiative.
• Full & clean Irish driving license.

The Offer:

This job is being offered on a permanent basis with salary, benefits & overall package flexible depending on candidate qualifications & career experience but is expected to have a base salary of between 35-45k pro-rata.

This role is expected to be an approx. 20 hour working week & can be designed to suit you - eg 5 mornings or afternoons, 2.5 full days, etc. - & would be primarily based at home/remote with limited time in office.

Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit to live & work in Ireland will not be considered.
