Client Support Executive - Marketing Graduate

Our client, a highly successful Irish technology, event management & marketing organisation are now, due to a significant increase in business levels, looking to expand their Limerick city centre based operation & have engaged with us in Cpl to hire a Client Support Executive at a recent graduate level to join their energetic and enthusiastic team.

The Job:

As a key part of the customer & client support team, you will primarily be responsible for analysing their commercial customer/client engagements across all markets & locations, updating client & CRM databases, analysing market & sales trends, planning product launches/events, researching potential customers, resolving product queries from existing customers & assisting senior colleagues as well as management teams with their individual projects & needs.

Your Skills & Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Ideally 1+ years relevant experience or a relevant marketing focused co-op/work placement period.
• Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with clients at all levels. 

The Offer:

The role is a permanent position with base salary depending on experience/qualifications expected to be approx. 30-35k

This role is fully office based in Limerick City centre so candidates must be based in the region or willing to commute/relocate here.

Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit or eligibility to work permanently in Ireland will not be considered.
