Overview

We are partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing organisation to recruit a Process Engineer (Level III) to support continued growth.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge process development and validation projects within a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable manufacturing solutions, improving process performance, and supporting new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process development projects from concept through to implementation
  • Support process and equipment validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
  • Plan and execute engineering trials, analysing data to optimise performance and yield
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Quality, R&D, and Operations
  • Support technology transfer and process scale-up activities
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, cost, waste reduction)
  • Provide technical support for existing manufacturing processes
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand and deliver technical requirements

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in process engineering within MedTech, Pharma, or regulated manufacturing
  • Strong experience in process validation and technical problem-solving
  • Proven ability to manage projects and work within cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance (e.g. ISO 13485 desirable)

  • Process engineering fundamentals (heat transfer, fluid flow, material balances, etc.)
  • Experience with statistical tools (e.g. Minitab) advantageous
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools beneficial
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
