Finance Manager

The Job:
As the finance Manager, you will report directly to the Limerick based Managing Director & in essence work as their right hand person taking on a mix of financial & management accounting duties for business units both here in Ireland & in the UK.
You will take ownership of the monthly accounts process, lead the finance team in their duties, prepare details financial reports & budgets, manage cash flow, implement new financial processes/projects & support the wider management team on delivering on this next stage of company growth.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Fully qualified accountant.
- 3-4+ years experience in a similar level financial or management accountant role.
- Experience gained in the manufacturing or engineering sectors would be a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in liquidity management & forecasting.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
- Proven ERP system experience would be an advantage - SAP preferred.
The Offer:
This position is being offered as a permanent role & salary on offer will depend on skills/experience of the candidate but is expected to range up to 70-75k. In addition there will be pension contribution, private health insurance, annual bonus, life assurance, etc. as well as excellent further career growth & development prospects.
This role will be initially fully office based in Limerick but with some options for hybrid after completing initial training & on-boarding.
