Are you an experienced HR professional who is now looking for an exciting new challenge in the Limerick region? Our client, a global organisation in the energy & green tech sector, are now undergoing a period of significant expansion here in Ireland & as a result, they have now engaged with us in Cpl to recruit a talented, energetic & ambitious HR Advisor to join their team.

The Job:

As a key part of the HR team, the successful candidate will cover a broad remit across all aspects of HR including both hands-on & strategic duties for the Irish operations. These will include HR policy & strategy development, implementing new HR initiatives across dispersed sites, overseeing employee relations engagements, coordinating end to end recruitment & workforce planning, managing ongoing training/L&D programmes, HR metrics & data reporting, leading HR projects & supporting departmental managers with their individual HR needs.

Your Skills/Experience that we need

• 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline ideally.
• 4-5+ years’ relevant HR experience gained in a HR Gen, HR BP, HR Specialist or similar level role.
• Experienced gained in an engineering, industrial or manufacturing focused environment would be a significant advantage.
• Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills. 
• Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on HR projects.
• Own car & full driving license.

The Offer:

Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to range between 55-65k. with excellent benefits including pension contribution, private health care, educational assistances, 25 days annual leave, etc. etc.

This role will primarily office based 5 days pw in Limerick but with very occasional travel to other locations & project sites.

Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
