Our client, a high-profile corporation & major employer in South Co. Clare, are now expanding their HR team & have engaged with us in Cpl to find suitably qualified candidates to interview for this new permanent role, HR Business Partner, so if you’re interested, please apply!
This newly created role has come about due to a significant expansion in business operations & the successful hire will be a a key part of the HR team & report directly to the Group HR Manager. You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of HR strategies including managing employee & industrial relations, external recruitment & internal talent management, supporting the L&D function & designing & delivering new employee focused strategies.
In addition to the above duties you will also provide HR guidance to departmental managers on their needs, manage HR projects, take ownership of HR budgets & ensure best in class HR initiatives are delivered.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a relevant discipline.
- 3-4+ years’ experience ideally gained in a HR Generalist or BP role.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
- Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills.
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative & to deliver projects.
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to be approx. to approx. 45-50k + pension benefit & strong further career growth prospects.
This role is expected to be fully office based 5 days per week & candidates must be available to interview in person.
