The Job:
As a key part of the overall operations management team & reporting to the Managing Director, you will be tasked with a broad range of HR duties including employee engagement, HR query resolution, comps/bens processing, implementing new HR procedures, recruitment. coordinating training & preparing HR reports for departmental managers.
This role will also have overlap with the Health & Safety function so the successful candidate will also ensure H&S records are updated, relevant compliance standards are adhered to & oversee H&S audits.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline.
- 2-3+ years’ experience in a HR or related role.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
- Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills.
- Previous experience in H&S reporting is desirable but not essential.
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to be approx. 35-45k with strong further career growth prospects.
Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits or based outside the EU will not be considered.
