IT Field Engineer – Donegal

Our client are looking to hire an IT Field Engineer to join their Service team and provide on-site technical support for their customers.

The Role:

·       Installation, training and technical on-site support of EPOS IT systems

·       Travel to client sites to resolve technical issues and provide IT support to customers across the Connaught region

Requirements:

·       Third-level qualification in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics (candidates who have a proven IT capability will also be considered)

·       Experience with Retail/Hospitality & IT Hardware/Systems are an advantage but not essential

·       Previous experience in a Technical Support or Field/Installation engineer role desirable but not essential

·       Excellent communication skills required

·       Full clean driving licence
