The Job:

As a key part of the accounting & finance team & reporting to the Limerick based CFO, you will cover a wide remit ranging across all aspects of accounting & finance within a group-wide function.

More specifically you will lead the preparation & delivery of the group-wide financial statements, manage the monthly & annual accounts close processes, assist in forecasting & budget preparations, coordinate Vat/tax & compliance reporting, support internal & external audits procedures, analyse financial data to drive commercial planning at senior leadership level, lead project teams & support the CFO in their ongoing duties across the group.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline ideally.
• Fully qualified accountant with at least 3-4+ years' corporate & commercially focused accounting experience.
• Experience gained in a fast paced commercial sector (eg multi-site retail, hospitality, shipping/logistics, auto, etc.) would be an advantage.
• Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications & accounting packages.
• Self-motivated & strong ability to build relationships across diverse functions & teams. .

The Offer:

This job is being offered on a permanent basis with salary ranging between 60-70k. depending on candidate skills, qualifications & experience. In addition there is a strong benefits package available to the successful candidate & excellent future career growth & development opportunities.

This role is expected to be fully on-site in their Limerick office but with some capacity to work hybrid/remote on occasion.
