The Job:
Experienced Office Administrator/ Compliance Administrator required to join the Care Services Team based in Limerick
Within the role you will provide support to the Care Services Team, however will support other functions within the support office as directed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide information and prepare reports as required by the Regulatory Compliance Officer.
- Understand data information systems that operate within the organisation, including EpicCare, ViClarity and administration systems.
- Prepare all necessary documentation for HIQA and associated records in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that filing systems are up to date.
- To provide a high level of administrative support to the Care Services Team as determined by the Regulatory Compliance Officer.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and meeting materials and distribute minutes.
- Provide administrative support for the review of company documents as required.
- Develop and maintain effective office information processes and implement robust and organised filing procedures for all data.
- Work with and provide regular administrative support to other functions within the company.
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications
- Experience in Office Administration & compliance is a massive advantage.
- Strong skills in verbal and written communication, as well as a good understanding of database concepts and clinical data management systems.
- Ability to organise multiple projects and maintain focus, ability to manage competing priorities effectively (flexible and adaptable approach, ability to multi-task effectively).
- Work well with project leads, manage time efficiently, be able to solve problems proactively, be detail-oriented and goal-oriented. Make timely, intuitive decisions to achieve successful outcome.
- Possess strong organisational skills, an ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, precision and accuracy are essential.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Awareness of data protection requirements.
