CPL Limerick are recruiting an Office Administrator with high level administration experience to join our client in Ennis Co. Clare.

Working in a team environment you will be responsible for some of the following duties :

  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Take minutes of meetings 
  • Diary management 
  • Updating shared folders
  • Coordinating training events
  • Maintaining the time & attendance system for staff members 
  • Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate
  • Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
  • File preparation and uploading documents to the database

Skills / Experience

  • At least 1-2 years professional clerical/ administration experience desired
  • Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Minutes of meeting is a big advantage !
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls
  • High attention to detail and organisation
