Order Management & Operations Executive

Our client, a US multinational in the global tech services sector, is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Order Management & Operations Executive to join their expanding team in their Shannon based EMEA HQ.

The Role:

Reporting to the International Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for working proactively with our client’s customer’s resellers & distributors. You will be responsible for supporting all queries from Field Sales & Channel Partners to ensure smooth operations, SLA adherence and timely customer information

The team is highly collaborative, so the successful candidate will enjoy working with others to share ideas and can work independently

Key Responsibilities to include:

Sales Support - Support Regional Field Sales Personnel & Partners on all pre-& post sales enquiries. This includes but is not limited to order entry, back-order management, invoicing, delivery issues, sample requests, complaints and return request

Build & develop relationships with field sales team, partners & resellers

Ownership of customer weekly reports to include, backorders, shipments, open orders 

Understand the product – Keep abreast of any changes here and make sure to have the most up to date information possible

 Be proficient in all internal systems & ensure you follow all procedures from an audit perspective

Work on own initiative to identify areas for potential process improvement

 Perform additional duties as required

Skills & Experience that we need:

Fluency in English and a second language is desirable. (French and/or Arabic)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with CRM, GP and Dynamics 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

Will be technically competent, having worked in a technology sales environment prior to this

 Proven record in customer order management

 Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy

 Proactive Problem solving

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Self-starter with excellent communication skills, ability to work on own initiative & also as part of a team

 Strong communication skills

 Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

 Ability to adapt and change with the business needs

The Offer:

This position is a permanent role with expected base salary of €30K per annum, and generous benefits package, while working in a great team environment.

Hybrid role – Monday & Friday work from home and Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday working onsite in the Shannon based office.

Hours of work – 9am – 5pm.
