Position: Project Manager

Location: Galway (Hybrid)

Type: Permanent

Role: Project Management Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Oversee the execution and communication of assigned projects.
  • Deliver key digital and/or web-based initiatives successfully.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with regional leads and central departments across different time zones to support the effective rollout of global initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project templates and procedural documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and operational stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage critical project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyse, and report relevant data and information on a regular basis.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Develop advanced proficiency in project management software, becoming a key user.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Complete all required company training and adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ of Project Management experience is required.
  • PMI certification is considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects across areas such as technology, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools is essential.
  • Experience delivering projects using methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse personalities and cultures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple demands, and work effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
