Role: Project Management Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
- Oversee the execution and communication of assigned projects.
- Deliver key digital and/or web-based initiatives successfully.
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with regional leads and central departments across different time zones to support the effective rollout of global initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project templates and procedural documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and operational stakeholders.
- Establish and manage critical project timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Collect, analyse, and report relevant data and information on a regular basis.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Develop advanced proficiency in project management software, becoming a key user.
Additional Responsibilities
- Complete all required company training and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years’ of Project Management experience is required.
- PMI certification is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects across areas such as technology, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools is essential.
- Experience delivering projects using methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse personalities and cultures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple demands, and work effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
