Quality Engineer - 

This role supports product development projects from a design assurance perspective, ensuring product quality, compliance, and effective verification throughout the development lifecycle. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to support validation, testing, and quality activities for new and existing products.

Responsibilities - 

  • Prepare and execute test method validation, design verification, and shelf-life study protocols and reports.
  • Provide design assurance support on development projects and represent Quality within cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices related to product design, development, and quality engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality requirements throughout product design, transfer, and commercialisation activities.
  • Support new product development, process improvement initiatives, and change control activities from a quality perspective.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build effective working relationships and support project objectives.
  • Develop and review protocols to ensure product changes and new products are adequately evaluated and tested against relevant standards and requirements.

Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality, design assurance, or product development environment.
  • Experience supporting product design and development activities within a regulated environment.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and quality system requirements associated with product development and commercialisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
