Our client, a high profile employer in the city centre are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Job: 

The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager but also work closely with the Group Commercial Manager & will cover a wide remit of both sales & marketing focused duties & projects across the operation.

These will include, but not be limited to, setting annual sales budgets & marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities as well as expanding existing client accounts, preparing sales quotations, analysing competitor market activities, maintaining the company's online presence, overseeing marketing collateral & comms design, representing at trade shows/conferences & managing relevant sales & marketing focused projects.

Your Skills/Experience that we need:

• 3rd level degree qualified in a business studies, commerce or a related discipline.
• 3-4+ years proven sales & marketing experience.
• Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong project management & reporting skills.
• Strong IT, data & HR reporting skills.
• Experience from the hospitality, retail or related sectors would be an advantage. 

The Offer: 

This is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills & experience but expected to range up to approx. 55k. In addition there will be a pension contribution & other benefits & allowances on top.

Please note this role will be fully office based in Limerick city centre.
