We are seeking a skilled SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Developer to design, implement, and maintain customer identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP CDC (Gigya), strong integration expertise, and the ability to deliver secure and scalable customer data solutions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experiences in a fast-paced, agile environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Design and implement SAP CDC (Gigya) solutions, including registration, login, consent, and profile management flows.

• Customize CDC workflows and policies based on business requirements.

• Integrate SAP CDC with backend systems such as SAP Commerce Cloud and third-party applications.

• Configure and manage APIs, webhooks, and extensions within SAP CDC.

• Implement security best practices, including authentication (SSO), authorization, and data protection.

• Handle identity federation and consent management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user authentication, data flows, and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, and DevOps teams.

• Support deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of CDC implementations.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

PREFERRED EDUCATION: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in SAP CX ecosystem (Commerce, Marketing, Sales Cloud).

• Knowledge of JDK upgrades, middleware integration, or API gateways.

• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks.

• SAP CDC/Gigya certification (if available).

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Strong experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya).

• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and web application development.

• Hands-on integration experience with SAP Commerce Cloud or other SAP CX products is preferred.

• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.

• Experience with SSO implementations and social identity providers.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD practices.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
