Senior Product Manager

A Sr. Product Manager will be a champion on the product front and effectively communicate to management, business and technical staff. They will manage, track and report end to end product lifecycle, including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization. They will also coordinate internal and external product communication and information across product family or product line.

As a Product Management, you can look forward to:

· Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market

· Ownership of Clover EMEA Software roadmap and responsible for driving changes to enrich Clover Merchants

· Drive product development and improvements

· Lead project lifecycle to deliver development efforts

· Establish and maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs

· Develop business cases to support new product recommendations

· Manage issues throughout the product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication

· Participate in reviewing documents from other team and publish

· Represent Fiserv and the product at industry and community events

· Frequent contact with internal and external customer

What you need to have:

· 8+ years of experience in product management, with working experience within the fintech industry focussing on Software Delivery and SAAS.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience

· Experience within Restaurant Software Space preferred

· Experience with Services Software space an advantage

· Proven Experience managing projects concurrently at various stages within an agile environment

· Ability to communicate across internal and external stakeholders from engineering to executives

· Experience working with direct and indirect channels and align GTM strategy for multiple markets

· 2+ year's experience with technical writing an advantage

· Excel in collaborative environment

· Demonstrate initiative and be capable of self-managing with little direction

· Experience in matrix management across multi locations/countries/continents
