About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading US multinational, is investing heavily in its Digital Centre of Excellence in Dublin as part of a large-scale transformation programme. With a global migration of its enterprise eCommerce platform to SAP underway, they are looking for an experienced Sitecore Technical Lead to play a key role in driving the evolution of their digital platform.

The Role

As the Sitecore Technical Lead, you'll take ownership of the Sitecore platform while working closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of ongoing projects and platform improvements.

You'll lead offshore development teams, drive engineering standards and best practices, oversee platform upgrades and cloud initiatives, and play an important role in shaping the future of the organisation's digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of the Sitecore platform.

Manage and mentor offshore development teams.

Drive technical delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Establish engineering standards, governance and development best practices.

Lead Sitecore upgrades, platform improvements and cloud migration activities.

Work closely with Product, Delivery and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Chair technical discussions and coordinate delivery across distributed teams.

Support platform performance, stability and continuous improvement.

About You

You'll ideally bring:

Strong commercial experience with Sitecore development and administration.

Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.

Background delivering large-scale digital or eCommerce platforms.

Good understanding of SAP-integrated environments or enterprise application ecosystems.

Strong Azure cloud experience.

Experience managing offshore or distributed engineering teams.

Solid .NET development background.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
