Description
Our client are looking to hire a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join their fully remote team. In this role you'll work hands on across the stack using Next.js, Node.js, .NET/C#, and TypeScript to build performant, secure, and scalable web applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real world problems with modern technologies and collaborating closely with product and design teams.
Your Responsibilities:
· Develop, enhance, and support full-stack applications leveraging Next.js, Node.js, .NET/C#, and TypeScript technologies.
· Create responsive, high-performing, and accessible user experiences for customer-facing eCommerce solutions.
· Design and deliver backend services and APIs using both REST and GraphQL architectures.
· Produce well-structured, maintainable, and testable code, utilizing testing frameworks such as Jest, xUnit, and NUnit.
· Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and overall system reliability.
· Connect and integrate applications with external platforms and third-party services.
· Build and support cloud-native solutions using Azure technologies, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, and event-driven architectures.
· Actively contribute to Agile team activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
· Support and improve CI/CD processes, including automated testing and deployment pipelines.
· Participate in the team's on-call support rotation, with the majority of support responsibilities occurring during daytime hours.
Your Skills:
· Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a professional full-stack development role.
· Strong technical expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
· Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
· Solid backend development background with .NET and C#.
· Experience working with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Cosmos DB.
· Working knowledge of relational databases such as MSSQL and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL technologies including MongoDB.
· Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and managing asynchronous data flows.
· Comfortable working with containerization technologies such as Docker and modern CI/CD practices.
· Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
