Position: Software Engineer in Test
Location: Galway, Hybrid
Type: Contract (12 month)
Important: This role is only open to Stamp 4 holders, EU or Irish citizens
Your Expertise
• 5+ years’ experience in software quality engineering
• Experience creating test automation solutions in tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Fitnesse, Karate or Selenium
• Experience with continuous integration practices and automated deployment tools
• Proficient in Java or equivalent software languages
• Good level of SQL and database knowledge
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
Your Skills
• You understand all aspects of testing (unit testing, integration testing, acceptance testing
• You promote Agile development practices
• You have great attention to detail and a passion for quality
• You can resolve issues proactively and/or identify approaches to solutions
• You can actively participate in all facets of the delivery process
• You are collaborative in your approach, actively contributing to how work gets completed
• You can work independently with minimal oversight
