Technical Lead & Platform Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Technical Lead & Platform Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of a large-scale enterprise digital experience platform supporting a B2B eCommerce environment.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role with responsibility for architecture, platform strategy, and leadership of distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for Sitecore-based solutions
• Define and enforce best practices (Helix, composable, MACH principles)
• Oversee Sitecore XM/XP, JSS, SXA, and cloud-based implementations
• Own platform roadmap, upgrades, and modernization initiatives
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of the platform
• Lead onshore and offshore development teams
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps collaboration, and delivery excellence
• Partner with product, architecture, and DevOps teams

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in .NET / Sitecore development
• Strong hands-on Sitecore experience (Sitecore 10+, JSS, SXA)
• Experience in technical leadership or architecture roles
• Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
• Experience leading distributed/offshore teams
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern architectures

Nice to Have

• Sitecore XM Cloud or composable DXP experience
• Experience in B2B eCommerce environments
• Sitecore certification

Location

• Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
