Position Description
The role of the Stations Supervisor includes responsibility for delivery of work as assigned in the areas of Project Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and prioritising for the delivery of work programmes.
  • Scheduling work and tracking and reporting on performance.
  • Managing productivity.
  • Managing costs.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for staff, contractors and the public.
  • Auditing quality of work.
  • Lead and develop the team.
  • Managing subcontractors including interfaces with internal teams.
  • Managing stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications
Essential

  • Advanced Level 6 Electrical Craft Certificate/A suitable Level 7 or higher qualification in Electrical, Electrical Services, Electronics, Mechanical or other suitable alternative qualification with a sizeable electrical theory content. 
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Network Assets.
  • Understands and applies the relevant Quality Management Standards.
  • Full clean EU driving licence. Travel is required.

Desirable

  • Project Management.
  • Experience of managing staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of ESB Networks Safety Rules.
  • Understanding of ESB's Group policies in all dealings with staff, customers, contractors, public etc.

Gracedieu Depot, Waterford

Reporting To 
The Reporting to Project Leader HV Stations South Central.

Salary 
€59,000 - €70,000 per annum
