Account Executive - Affinity Lines (Sales Team)

Our client, a leading Insurance Broker in Dublin, is expanding their Affinity Lines Sales Team and is hiring an Account Executive to support new business growth across a suite of affinity insurance products.
This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role, working closely with the Sales Director - Affinity Lines, focused on converting leads, supporting sales campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and affinity partners.
What You'll Be Doing
- Seeking, quoting, and converting new Affinity clients
- Working on company-led sales campaigns and lead facilities
- Managing client interactions via email and phone
- Liaising with insurers and internal Affinity teams
- Ensuring policies are issued accurately and compliantly
- Maintaining high-quality client records and sales output
What We're Looking For
- APA qualified (minimum) and working towards CIP
- Sales-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-driven with strong technical and product knowledge
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive team player
