Accounts Payable Administrator

I'm currently working with a well-established organisation that is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator. This role offers strong exposure across a broad range of activities and reports directly to the Financial Accountant.
What the role involves:
Reviewing and processing supplier invoices
Completing supplier reconciliations and managing payment runs
Posting invoices to the Purchase Ledger and reconciling bank payments
Acting as a main point of contact for supplier queries
Intercompany and credit card reconciliations
Month-end cost analysis and reporting
Supporting the wider finance team with general duties and project work
What they're looking for:
1+ year experience in Accounts Payable or a general finance role
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work on your own initiative
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Full working rights in Ireland
