A forward-looking financial planning brokerage in Kilkenny is seeking an Administrator / Paraplanner to join their growing team. About the Role
In this role, you will support the financial advisers by undertaking light paraplanning tasks combined with general administrative duties. You will be involved in client file preparation, research support, document production, compliance tracking, and other practice management tasks. Over time you will have opportunity to take on more complex paraplanning work, with training and exam support from the company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of financial planning reports (fact finds, analysis, projections) under supervision
Carry out research on products, investments, pensions, and funds
Prepare client documentation, maintain file records and ensure compliance with firm procedures
Liaise with clients, product providers, and support offices for information gathering
Monitor deadlines, renewals, client reviews and compliance schedules
Support advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up
Contribute to continuous process improvements within the practice
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
An interest or some exposure in financial services, investments, pensions or related area
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and financial documents
No QFA or formal qualifications required: training and exam support will be provided if you wish to progress
