Billing Specialist - Sandyford
We're looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join a collaborative finance team in Sandyford. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, problem-solving, and working closely with both colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage domestic customer billing, including invoices, renewals, price adjustments, installations, and service dockets.
Issue and apply credit notes, and handle customer payments, queries, and general billing-related administration.
Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth billing processes and timely resolution of any issues.
Support finance projects and help identify opportunities for process improvement across the team and wider business.
Build and maintain professional, positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
3+ years' experience in billing or finance operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with recurring revenue is a plus, but not essential.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Collaborative, adaptable, and proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
