Circa €75,000 - €80,000 base salary + Bonus

The Opportunity

A well-established financial services provider in Rathfarnham is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead mortgage growth and workplace banking development across South Dublin.

This is a high-impact role suited to a proven performer with a strong local network, the ability to self-generate leads, and a track record of closing mortgage business from initial engagement through to drawdown.

You will operate with autonomy while being fully supported with a laptop, phone, desk space, and mileage expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively self-generate new mortgage leads through networking, referrals, and business development activity
• Develop and grow workplace banking partnerships with local employers and professional networks
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mortgage opportunities
• Manage clients from first consultation to mortgage drawdown, ensuring a seamless customer journey
• Deliver tailored mortgage solutions aligned to client needs and regulatory requirements
• Represent the brand within the local community, strengthening market presence across Rathfarnham and surrounding areas
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales and performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in mortgage sales and business development
• Demonstrated ability to generate your own leads
• Experience in workplace banking / corporate partnerships
• Strong existing network in South Dublin
• Ability to manage the full mortgage lifecycle independently
• Commercial mindset with strong closing ability
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• QFA or APA qualification (minimum requirement)
