💶 Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 (based on experience)

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the successful candidate will take the lead in coordinating sales activity while also supporting team performance and administrative efficiency.
The Role: what does the job involve?:
- Proactively achieve individual sales targets and support with prospecting, up-selling, and cross-selling and drive performance.
- Manage existing business, client accounts and assist with customer renewals.
- Keep up to date on office administration, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned and completed.
- Handle customer queries, escalating complex issues as required.
- Ensure full compliance with all company systems and procedures.
- Foster a strong sales culture and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused team.
The Candidate:
- Education:
- CIP (Certified Insurance Practitioner) or close to completing - candidates without this will not be considered.
- Third-level qualification is advantageous.
- Full clean driving license.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in insurance is essential, specifically commercial insurance.a
- Background in sales and customer service in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and sales abilities.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
