About the Opportunity
A leading and highly established mortgage brokerage in Ireland is launching an exciting new commercial lending division and is now seeking an experienced Commercial Lending Specialist to join the team.
This is a rare opportunity for a proven commercial mortgage sales professional to step into a high-impact role, with the ability to bring immediate value through existing relationships, strong deal experience, and a track record of closing commercial lending business.
A highly competitive six-figure salary package is available for the right candidate, alongside an exceptional commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, manage, and close commercial mortgage and lending opportunities across a range of client types including investors, developers, SMEs, and corporate borrowers.
- Build and grow a strong pipeline of commercial lending business through both new business development and existing networks.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the full lending process, from initial consultation to drawdown.
- Work closely with internal teams and lender partners to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Act as a trusted commercial adviser, delivering excellent client outcomes and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to the growth and success of this newly established commercial lending function.
What We're Looking For
Essential Criteria
- Direct, current experience selling commercial mortgages / commercial lending solutions.
- QFA qualification is mandatory.
- Strong sales capability with a demonstrable record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to generate business immediately and make an instant impact.
- Existing commercial client network or portfolio is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated, professional, and results-driven.
