An established and growing insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Commercial Client Service Executive to join its Commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your own commercial book of business, with a strong focus on client service, retention, and relationship management. You will work closely with both existing and new clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

The Role

As a Commercial Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing and retention of a commercial portfolio. You will act as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are fully understood and met in line with regulatory and professional standards.

This position suits a self-motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys managing relationships and making informed decisions in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• CIP qualification with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Commercial Insurance
• Strong working knowledge of the commercial insurance market and products
• Experience handling and developing a commercial book of business within a brokerage
• Ability to assess client risk and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code
