Compliance Manager (Part-Time - 15 to 20 Hours per Week)
Looking for a senior-level compliance role that genuinely fits around your life? This is a rare opportunity to take ownership at Manager level while working 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to structure those hours in a way that suits your schedule.
You'll join a growing financial services business based in modern offices in North Dublin, operating a hybrid model. With strong administrative support in place, this position is designed to focus on high-value compliance oversight rather than day-to-day administration. Importantly, the role does not carry PCF responsibility, offering senior impact without that added burden.

Key responsibilities will include:
Monitor and interpret regulatory and legislative developments
Assess impact and conduct gap analysis across the business
Oversee preparation and timely submission of regulatory returns
Conduct quality assurance reviews of advice to ensure client best interest
Maintain strong systems and controls to identify and manage risk
Produce KPIs and board-level compliance reporting
Act as an escalation point for technical compliance queries
Deliver training and promote a positive compliance culture across teams
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear and commercially aware guidance while ensuring regulatory standards are consistently met.
Is this you?
Experience in a compliance or risk function within Irish financial services
Ability to interpret legislation and apply it practically within a business setting
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at management level
A Professional Certificate and Diploma in Compliance (Level 7) or equivalent is required.
