A growing financial advisory firm with a strong presence in the South East is expanding its financial planning function and is now looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planning Adviser to join its Waterford-based team. The Role
This position involves delivering comprehensive financial planning advice across pensions, retirement, and long-term wealth strategies for private clients. You'll work within a well-structured advisory framework, supported by established processes and knowledgeable colleagues. Flexible working arrangements are in place and could potentially work as a remote role.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing tailored, compliant financial planning and pension advice
Managing and developing relationships with individual clients and scheme members
Building trust through consistent, high-quality client service
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of advice and follow-up
Staying up to date with regulatory changes and market trends relevant to financial planning
What We're Looking For
Experience in financial services, particularly in pensions or financial planning
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A client-focused mindset with commercial awareness
The drive to grow a client book over time
A proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team
Reward Package
Base salary of €50,000 to €60,000
Strong performance-related commission structure
