Fund Accountant Supervisor - Dublin (Hybrid)

The Company

This organisation is a long-established investment manager with well over $30bn in assets across a wide range of strategies. It operates internationally, with teams based across Europe, North America, and Asia, and is recognised for its disciplined approach to capital deployment and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund accounting, including NAV calculations, performance reporting, and expense allocations
• Manage third-party administrators and review monthly/quarterly books
• Assist with year-end audits and ensure proper accounting treatment for transactions
• Monitor cash reconciliation, interest, and dividend accruals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or equivalent
• Full ACCA or ACA qualification
• 5-9 years' industry experience (hedge fund/private equity)
• Prior big 4 experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of fixed income instruments, derivatives, and alternative fund structures
• Unrestricted Irish working rights (Stamp 4 visa / EU passport)
