Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to support long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and governance.
- Collaborate with FP&A and commercial teams to unlock insights, track performance, and support strategic investments.
- Lead preparation for CSRD and ESG disclosure requirements, integrating financial and non-financial data.
- Lead the company's treasury function, managing cash flow, banking relationships, FX exposure, and hedging strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of group-level reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance.
Experience:
- ACA/ACCA-qualified (or equivalent), with 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles.
- Proven track record in financial reporting, tax, treasury, and governance.
- Experience in high-growth, multinational, or regulated environments.
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a commercial edge.
- ERP/reporting systems experience (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
