HR Compliance Manager
Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner with an esteemed global financial services firm based in the heart of Dublin City Centre. Together, we are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Manager to join a growing team.
The Firm

The Role
No two days will look the same in this role as you straddle HR and regulatory compliance topics. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for all things related to HR compliance, from SEAR and remuneration frameworks to implementing changes to HR business practices to ensure regulatory compliance (and create efficiencies).
The ideal candidate (these are must-haves, not nice to haves!)
At least 2 years of compliance experience in a regulated entity, ideally regulated by the CBI
Solid understanding of SEAR/IAF requirements
A positive, can-do attitude and an exemplary team player
Unrestricted Irish working rights (EU passport / Stamp 4 visa)
Based and domiciled in Ireland currently, with the ability to commute to Dublin 2 (hybrid working is available)
