Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager
Location: South Dublin
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (5 days a week)
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 base + package

A leading international organisation in the infrastructure and technology delivery sector is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join its team in South Dublin. The company is recognised for delivering large-scale projects across Europe and is undergoing significant growth and digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping IT operations and managing outsourced IT service delivery.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between the business and its external vendors, ensuring IT service delivery meets business needs. You will oversee infrastructure projects, manage service escalations, and support IT strategy and compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the internal point of contact between the business and external IT service providers
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and escalate issues where appropriate
  • Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects (e.g. network upgrades, server migrations, cloud transitions)
  • Oversee IT security, compliance, and infrastructure in partnership with MSPs
  • Manage documentation, asset registers, and IT policy compliance
  • Track IT service metrics and report on user satisfaction and performance
  • Support software licensing and hardware lifecycle management
  • Contribute to strategic IT planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in IT coordination, service delivery, or vendor management
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues for a non-technical audience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or within a Managed Service Provider environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and endpoint management tools
  • Track record of managing IT vendors and resolving service escalations
  • Project management experience in IT or infrastructure-related initiatives
  • Analytical approach and commitment to process improvement
  • Flexible, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take ownership across various responsibilities
